I just love how this guy's orange sweater looks on ALL of the backgrounds. Bright colors and this grunge background look awesome together.






Kids always love climbing and playing on this tractor. I love the bright green and yellow on this tractor.

Look at his eyes in the second picture. I can't believe how cool they look.

Kids love exploring this rail road area and climbing on the rail cars. I snapped these pictures while they were playing.

I just love this old wooden silo. It is a wonderful backdrop. Of course this model is a cutie too!

Another Model

I think I have another model on my hands. This guy is a natural. I think you will love his eyes! Oh, and don't forget to notice his dimples.










I love this old wodden silo as a back ground. It really has a lot of character and really makes the subject pop!

J.A.G. - Final Batch - Sugar Factory Photo Shoot

Well, after lots of hard work trying to decide which pictures to professionally edit, here are a few more. There were so many cute, fun and nice pictures, it was hard to choose. I won't give much commentary, so here they are:


I will say that I wanted to experiment with this picture and make it look old fashioned. I took some pictures of cracked concrete and superimposed it over this picture and did some other editing techniques. The "Before" is below:

J.A.G. - Next Batch - Sugar Factory Family Photo Shoot

Here is the second batch of the J.A.G. family photo shoot from yesterday at the Sugar Factory.


I decided to start this entry off with a cute picture of this fun loving couple. Can't you tell they are in love. I wanted to see what it would look like in several differnt formats (Sepia, Colorized, Lomo, etc.). They all look pretty good. Which one do you like? Let me know by leaving a comment.



Can you say "Fly like an eagle". I couldn't believe what a perfect shot this turned out to be. His arms are stretched out just like he is in mid flight! So much fun.


This family is going to move out of the country soon, so they wanted to make some fun memories with Grandma and Grandpa. Can you see the love in their eyes? Can you see that they will miss this cute family?

J.A.G. Photo Shoot - Sugar Factory - Teaser

Today I took met the J.A.G. family at the Sugar Factory. This is such a fun place to do a photo shoot, AND this family is such a fun family to take pictures of. They love to play with their cute little kids. This is the second photo shoot I have done with this family.




You may remember this little angel from their last photo shoot. She is so easy to photograph. All of the pictures turn out great.


This little guy is an entertainer. He and his daddy went to watch a fight last night and today he wants to practice his swing. This series made a fun story board.

Baby D - Photo Shoot - Babies, Newborn

I haven't done a photo shoot with a newborn in quite a while. This one was a handsome little dude that was perfectly mannered. He was an angel.


Don't you just love how peaceful he looks?


As I was trying to get him to smile, his mom said he hasn't really ever smiled before. WOW! This might be proof of his very first smile! I love the gleam in his eyes.


I love it when I can capture those special, unexpected moments. I also decided to make this one look like the "Seventies" with the color and the rounded edges.

Knit Hat Models - Etsy

This afternoon I did a photo shoot for a friend who is selling knit hats. These hats are so cute. I will be adding some of them to my bag of props to use in the future.
