Christmas Tree Dilemma

I have a dilemma that I need help with. I modified these three tree pictures and I can't decide which one I like better. So, I want to ask you, which one do you like best?

LDS Church - Temple Pictures

Recently I have been contacted by the LDS Church for some high resolution copies of the pictures I have taken of some temples. I was pretty excited that they were interested. Here are a few that they requested:










My favorite one is the last picture of the Salt Lake Temple. I love the angle. Of course I am biased!

Black & White Scenery Contest at "Iheartfaces"

I follow several photography web sites and I love it when they have contests. One of the sites I follow is "iheartfaces". This week they have a contest for black & white scenery, but it must have a face in it (even if it is the back of a head). Here is the one I chose. This is the beach at the Grand Wailea in Maui.

Polaroid Art - Photo Maniputlations

Several years ago I was introduced to the art form of Polaroid manipulations. I took the following pictures with an old Polaroid SX-70 camera. Once the picture comes out of the camera, a tool is used to rub the emulsion around which crates a "painterly" effect.

Which one do you like the best?











These really are Polaroid pictures and not paintings. Unfortunately this has become a lost art since Polaroid has discontinued the film for the SX-70.

My favorite one is the last one.

Beef

I just entered a contest where they want a picture of beef. Here is the picture I entered:

Rainbows & Lightning

I had a little fun tonight taking some pictures of the rainbow. It was a double rainbow AND we could see both sides of them.








Several weeks ago I took a picture of some lightning. It was pretty far away, so that is why it is a bit grainy.

Since I don't have any time to do photography, I decided to take some pictures of some flowers in my yard and house. I also decided to throw the one of the buffalo in.

I was amazed at how many pictures I was able to get with BOTH of the cute little girls looking at the same time.






Here is one of those fun, kissy-kissy pictures I was telling you about. They were giddy like a new engaged couple.


I just love how bright the eyes are on this darling little girl.




Of course we had a little bit of fun chasing the ducks (after we finished playing in the tree house!)

N.E.M. Family Photo Shoot - Wheeler Farm - Utah Photographer

Tonight I was supposed to do a photo shoot at the Sugar Factory in West Jordan. When I arrived, I was unpleasantly surprised to see locks, chains and "No Trespassing" signs. When the family arrived we discussed the dilemma and they suggested going to Wheeler Farm. So we headed to Wheeler Farm to have some fun on the farm.


I love the casual feeling of this photo. You sure can see the love this family has for each other.






Mom & Dad asked if they could get some pictures with just the two of them. They look so happy together. I asked them to kiss each other and had a lot of fun teasing them when they were kissing. That proved to be a good thing. I have a lot of cute pictures of them talking, laughing and kissing.


I think this cute little girl has a future in modeling! "Strike a pose, there's nothing to it!"


Now doesn't this cute little girl warm your heart. I actually have several cute pictures like this where she is laughing. She was ready and willing to smile at a moment's notice (or a moment's tickle).
